Many schools are opening one to two hours late, and a few are closed.  Drivers and walkers should beware of black ice this morning. Another storm is in the works for Saturday. Roofs and walls come tumbling down across the region

Eight buildings in the area suffered roof damage or collapse on Wednesday as piles of snow on flat roofs absorbed a steady rain. One building in Easton collapsed in on itself minutes after the roughly 150 employees evacuated.
