Lawyers for the brother of figure skater Nancy Kerrigan are asking a judge to toss out any statements he made to police about the death of his father, claiming that Kerrigan was too drunk to voluntarily waive his right to remain silent.

VIDEO: Body of toddler son found in Dumpster with Brockton woman

The body of her toddler son was found in the Dumpster where a woman's body was found overnight on Warren Avenue in Brockton, authorities said Monday afternoon.

The mother was identified as Maria Avelina Palaguachi-Cela, 25, of Warren Avenue, Brockton, the house where the bodies were found in a Dumpster. The child was identified as Brian Palaguachi, age 2 1/2.  Palaguachi-Cela was last seen on Thursday, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz said Monday.  Autopsies were to be done Monday afternoon on both bodies.  Cruz said authorities have a possible suspect in the case.
