Two Quincy veterans halls fade away as liquor licenses expire  The last beer has been served at two of Quincy’s oldest veterans halls. The closing of the Bryan Veterans of Foreign Wars hall on Broad Street and the Houghs Neck American Legion hall was confirmed Tuesday when Quincy’s licensing board pulled the posts’ liquor licenses because no one applied to renew them.
