A tsunami warning has been expanded to include the entire western U.S. coast. The Tsunami Warning Center says the warning is in effect for California, Oregon, Washington and southern Alaska.

Archbishop Williams teacher, 28, back in the race after severe head injury

Rebecca Roy, 28, a teacher at Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree, suffered a severe head injury last Easter in a motorcycle accident near her Quincy home. Therapists at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital didn’t know if she would be able to walk, talk or live normally again. With hard work and a positive spirit, Roy is back teaching fulltime and training for a half marathon March 20.

Cardinal Spellman boys eager to avenge last year's setback in South Sectional final

The Cardinals, owning a 19-4 mark, take on top-seeded Medway (20-3) at UMass-Boston on Saturday at 4 p.m. for the South crown. While the season began for Spellman back in December, their quest to get to this year’s sectional final actually began on March 5, 2010, at UMass-Boston.
