Arrest warrants obtained in murders of Brockton mother, toddler son

Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz on Wednesday officially named Luis Guaman as the suspect in the murders of  Avelina Palaguachi-Cela, 25, and her son, Brian Palaguachi Caguana, 2, on Feb. 13 in Brockton.  Cruz said his office on Tuesday obtained from Interpol  murder warrants for Guaman's arrest,  which have been forwarded to Ecuador as authorities here seek his return to the United States to stand trial.
