Brockton man, brother of murder victim, wants seat on Parole Board

Norwell woman charged with OUI with baby in the car posts $5,000 bail

Gayle E. Drummond, 37, of Norwell posted $5,000 bail Monday afternoon after she was finally arraigned on charges that included third-offense drunken driving and child endangerment. Police say there was a baby in the car when Drummond was pulled over Jan. 15.
