Randolph woman arrested twice after violent episodes in Somerset

A Randolph woman was arrested twice Sunday — once after she allegedly threw large rocks through a man’s house and van windows, and again after she reportedly broke into the victim’s home and threatened to stab him with a 9-inch kitchen knife.

Police said a judge denied granting an emergency restraining order for the victim after the first incident. He approved a restraining order after the second episode.
