Changes Coming to the 4GuysFromRolla Newsletter

Things evolve. ASP eventually evolved into ASP.net, Visual Basic has become Visual Basic .NET, C# has evolved from a simple managed language to something more robust. The days of long C program listings are mostly gone, replaced with more concise listings of managed code.

It is now time for an evolution of this newsletter. Hopefully the change will be as positive as the changes that have happened in the development world.

At this time, we are combining the 4GuysFromRolla newsletter with our Microsoft Tech newsletter. If you already get the Microsoft Tech newsletter, then you are aware of the value of the change. If you don't already get it, then what you can expect is to see more concise information, more links to content, and more options. What will change is that you won't get a full article included in the email. Rather, you'll get links to several articles you'll be able to go directly to. The articles will be on the sites.

An example of the Microsoft Tech newsletter is included below.

If you are not interested in getting the Microsoft Tech Update, you are able to unsubscribe. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of this copy of your newsletter. Of course, a similar link is on each copy of the newsletter you get, you have the option to receive a few issues before deciding.

We hope you like the more concise newsletter.

Sincerely,

Bradley L. Jones
