When Milton twins Jack and James were born six weeks prematurely in June, James had a severe hearing loss. His parents are working with the Step One Early Intervention program to get all the help they need to make James’ life as normal as possible. The twins have a four-year-old sister and all three like to go for walks together. A double stroller with a seat would help Mom a lot.
