A Randolph man faces charges of trafficking in heroin and possession of cocaine with attempt to distribute after a police raid at his home early Friday. Police Chief William Pace said officers arrested Michael Quintanilla, 18, of 12 McColgan Way at his home.

Appeals court has questions in rape conviction of Holbrook man

The state Appeals Court has sent the case of former State Police trooper Daniel Grant of Holbrook back to Superior Court to determine whether he’ll get a new trial. He was convicted on three counts of rape in 2007 and is serving an 8- to 10-year sentence.
